Ritual - Organik Orkeztra

The concert Ritual is both inspired by rituals and presented as one, with music to be lived fully in the moment, leaving free rein for the listeners to conjure up their own images. Performed by the Organik Orkeztra, an unusual orchestra led by Kristof Hiriat from the Basque Country and Jérémie Ternoy from Northern France, it brings together traditional, jazz and classical musicians on a stage where the sound production is acoustic. The musicians are laid bare, with no safety net, but the freedom to move. The central theme is the voice here though, like a thread linking each of the musicians on stage, because, in Ritual, the entire orchestra sings.
