Narcisse - Marion Pellissier
Virtual opera
A giant screen with portraits of a Narcissus obsessed by his image and text messages written in real time, two musicians and two performers playing live, with a song accompanying the avatars... . Truly alone, faced with his success on social networks and in the media, the young Narcissus talks to himself. Along his path, he meets Chloé, whose love song seems to be a ritornello of the young man’s uncertainties and desire to disappear. The construction of identity, as well as relationships with images, the self and the group, are the central themes of this spectacular opera.
